EXERCISE FOR EVERYONE!
Suitable for all ages and stages


A gentle class designed to improve your fitness, balance and strength.
A mixture of circuit, strength & Pilates exercises for all levels of fitness.
Seated & standing options for all exercises.

No matter what your ability or fitness level, this class will help you to get moving.

Wear loose comfortable clothing & bring a bottle of water to each class.

Tracey is a Wellness Co-ordinator, Personal Trainer and a Registered Exercise Professional

FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY
Based on the book by Susan Jeffers


Learn how to understand, handle and overcome fear. Move from pain to finding your own inner power and self awareness.
Course content includes:
*understanding where fear comes from
*moving from pain to power
*self awareness
*making decisions
*feeling good about life and finding a balance
*turning problems into opportunities to learn and grow.

TIME: 12. 30pm to 2.30pm
DATE: Tuesday 20th July for 8 weeks
FEE: $50 plus $27 for the book



MY HEALTH OUR L.I.F.E
LIVING IMPROVEMENTS FOR EVERYONE


A chronic disease self management programme for people living with any long term health condition such as arthritis, heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, asthma or gout.

Mutual support and success builds participants confidence in their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.
Those with different long term health problems are able to attend together and assist one another.

Topics will include:
*ways to handle frustration, fatigue, pain and isolation
*safe exercise/physical activity
*how to take medications correctly
*healthy eating
*how to communicate effectively with family, friends and health professionals
*problem solving and action planning

Participants have found this course beneficial, enjoyed the support of the group and subsequently made changes to improve their health.

You may bring a family member or support person with you.
Morning tea provided.
