A Parent Trust programme


For Mums who feel that their stress and anger gets in the way of a strong loving relationship with their children.

This supportive group covers tension build-up, reasonable expectations, child development and new ways of handling anger.

***Childminding is available for this class.

TAI CHI
Suitable for beginners & those with experience


Tai Chi is a traditional martial art. Qi Gong is a series of breathing exercises following the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. The method of Tai Chi Qigong 18 movements has been used in many Asian countries as a complementary medical treatment to stimulate the healing process of many common diseases. Benefits include mental and physical relaxation and improvement in coordination, balance, and the function of internal organs. This course will cover the theory and practice of the fundamentals of classical Chinese medicine and energy management for a well balanced and healthy life.
TUTOR: Orlando Garcia
TIME: 12 noon to 1.30pm
DATE: MONDAY 2ND AUGUST FOR 7 WEEKS
FEE: $70 for the term
