TEXTING FOR SENIORS An Age Concern Programme
A basic two week workshop to help seniors join the text generation. Learn how to send & receive text messages & explore other texting mysteries of your cell phone.

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
This class is designed for beginners with a focus on flexibility and relaxation. Yoga is for everyone.
It brings an awareness of posture and breathing.
**Bring to class - a yoga mat if you have one, or a foam bedroll, a large towel & a light blanket for relaxation. If possible avoid eating for 2 or 3 hours before class.
